Lead times: While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please note that made-to-order items require time for production and customization. We process each order in the sequence received, utilizing our available resources efficiently. Our skilled artisans work diligently to ensure quality while maintaining a steady production pace. Lead times quoted are estimates, not contractual. Please ensure that you do not have a fixed install date, photo shoot or event when placing an order for made-to-order items from our DESIGN FRÈRES line. If that is the case, kindly focus on our in-stock BLEND INTERIORS collection instead.

Variations: All items from our exclusive DESIGN FRÈRES line are handmade. Slight variations on natural surfaces (parchment, stone, wood) can occur.

Samples: Samples are $140 per sample and $50 to send (continental US).
