Lead Times

Production timelines are provided as best estimates based on current workshop capacity and material availability. These timelines are subject to change and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Status Updates

We will contact you if there are any meaningful changes to the projected timeline and will provide an update as your piece approaches completion and shipment. Due to the nature of our production process, we are not always available to provide interim updates while a piece is in fabrication.

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or modified. Delays related to custom fabrication, materials, or freight do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or refusal of delivery.

Variations and Condition Reports

All items are handmade unique or very limited run pieces. As such, slight variations between runs and on natural surfaces (wood, stone, parchment) can occur.

In the event a piece arrives damaged from shipping, please report within 3 days of receipt and our team will assist you.
